Sumatra PDF Reader is my choice to open PDF quickly. When I need to make a little adjustment to a PDF, then I use PDF-XChange FREE Viewer

coolpdfreader is also a good alternative adobe reader. Perfect PDF Reader surely has a beautiful user interface design, but it consumes too much memory

If you ask me to choose from the options above, my choice falls to Foxit Reader. It is small, fast and brings sufficient features for better PDF reading though I found error when using its search hotkey. Nothing happened when I pressed Ctrl + F3.
