Change Folder Background in Windows Vista

Cannot add an image to the background of your folders in Windows Vista? It sucks, but it can be fixed easily. There is a small free utility that enables you to put your favorite image, photo, wallpaper as the background image of any folder.

It is called as Vista Folder Background which is created by Andreas. Even the latest update allows you to automatically apply the background to the subfolders.

It’s good to have this utility to enable the folder background customization, but I just can’t help myself from keep wondering why this enhancement isn’t applied in Windows Vista. It has a lot of graphical enhancement, but why this folder background changing capability isn’t supported yet?
