Completely Uninstall Previous Java Runtime Environment from Your Computer
Java Runtime Environment is needed for some programs to be able to run on your computer. Lots of websites use Java as well, which leaves no choice but installing Java Runtime Environment in order to display the web pages correctly. However, Java update seems to occur frequently that you may have some of the previous versions installed in your computer, eating up the spaces. Using Javara, a portable, free application, you can completely uninstall previous Java Runtime Environment from your computer and update it with the new one easier.
What I mean by complete uninstallation is that an uninstallation that doesn’t leave behind even a single unwanted files from an uninstalled program, or at least it takes the most of the files since you cannot expect a perfect clean uninstallation all the time. JavaRa does it. JavaRa completely uninstall any of Java Runtime Environment versions. It even provides options to make the size of the Java Runtime Environment smaller; you can remove its useless files, remove startup entry, remove Sun Download Manager, etc.

If you have several previous Java Runtime Environment versions in your computer, uninstalling all will give you a good amount of free space. Then, you can get the latest version with the help of the program, JavaRa.

On Macs, there is no way to possibly uninstall Java, it’s deeply integrated with the Mac OSX operating system. Apple should give the option to uninstall Java. Java is a security and privacy hole. I don’t know how someone can says that Mac OSX is the most secure operating system when there is no option to remove Java.
