Completely Uninstall/Remove .Net Framework with .Net Framework Cleanup
There should be no problem in uninstalling .NET Framework from your Windows system. Removing .NET Framework can be done simply through the Add/Remove Program or other uninstaller application you might have. However, it is possible that you cannot completely uninstall .NET Framework due to some errors or issues you encounter during the installation. Corrupted or inclompete installation of .NET Framework could cause it unable to be completely uninstalled.
For the purpose to clean up .NET Framework files computers that have problems in installing .NET framework, this portable freeware .NET Framework Cleanup Utility was created. It is indeed possible to remove .NET Framework files manually, but it would be very hard to do so.
Instead of removing .NET Framework files manually, this free utility lets you to scan your computer system to find and remove the files. It is an automatic cleanup utility to remove .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5.
Note that this is not a .NET Framework uninstaller. You should always try to uninstall .NET Framework through the normal installation procedure. Use this removal tool only if you have .NET Framework installation issues that makes you unable to completely uninstall .NET Framework from your computer system.

Thanks for letting me know that there is such a net framework uninstaller like this one. It’s pretty helpful indeed if your net framework cannot be uninstalled completely due to errors on previous installation.
