Cut VCD Movie Clip (DAT) with Free VCD Cutter

Most video player software, like Windows Media Player, do not have a built-in feature to cut video. If you need to cut a portion from a DAT movie, free VCD Cutter can help you do so easily in only 3 steps.
How to cut DAT video
- Open the DAT movie by clicking the “open” button.
- Drag the slider bar to the beginning of the frame that you want to cut and click the “Mark Start” button.
- Drag the slider bar to the end of the frame that you want to cut and click the “Mark End” button.
- Click the “Save” button and specify the output filename. Done.
VCD Cutter is a freeware built for Windows. The program maintains the DAT movie quality so there is no quality loss in the extracted or clipped video. NET Framework is required in order to be able to install the program
