Delete Files Older than Specified Days in Recycle Bin
To delete files in recycle bin we only need to right-click it and click the “empty recycle bin” command. It’s easy, but if you want to delete files that are older than some specified days, then you won’t be able to do it easily unless you install an application.
A few days ago we had a freeware called Clean Drive that allows you to delete files older than specified days. Now there is another one named BinManager. Both offer the same main functionality, but work in a different way. BinManager simply adds some deletion options to the right-click menu of recycle bin. These options let you delete files that have been residing in recycle bin two days or more in just one click.

BinManager works for Windows and it is also a freeware. You can even set it up to run on logoff or shutdown if you use Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000.
