Delete Locked Files in Windows 7 64-bit

Unlocker for Windows 64-bit is a free application to move or delete locked files on 64-bit Windows. When you find a file that you can’t delete or move, right-click it to access the unlocking option. If the unlocking is failed, the program gives option to perform the operation after reboot.

      It does NOT work on Windows 64 Bit versions (vista, 7) as stated in this article.
