Find & View All Hidden Files & Hidden Folders
The standard way of showing the hidden files only allows you to view only the hidden files for each folder you visit. In other words, the only way to view hidden files is to visit each folder. What if you want to view all hidden files in all folders or drives at once? What if you want to show all hidden folders? First of all, Hidden File Scanner is a freeware built for Windows. It is a portable application so you can run it without having to install it in the first place.
There are several options available here. You can select which drives you want to scan, exclude system files or directories from the scanning, and the “executable only” lets you search hidden applications only. The hidden files or folders can be unhidden instantly right from the application. Just highlight or select all the files or folders that you want to unhide and click the “unhide” button. You can also view the total number of the hidden files or folders.
