You can also optionally overwrite all existing attachment files in your destination folder to avoid duplicate Outlook attachment.
SaveAllAttachments works only for Microsoft Outlook 2007 in Windows XP or Vista (both x86 and x64 are supported) with Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

This Outlook utility will search all existing attachments once you execute it. It’s quite fast, but you may have to wait a bit longer if you have tons of email attachments. The attachments found will be displayed within a list. You can select which attachments that you want to copy or save, and delete the attachments in bulk afterwards. You can also save the list of attachments into xml/html/text/csv file.

Outlook Attachment Remover can optionally filter the attachments based on the extension. So, if you want to save only Word attachments, type “doc” in the inclusion list. You can also save only those attachments that have big size by specifying the minimum size you desire. If you choose to delete the attachments after you save them, you can replace the attachment by a link to the saved file or by a link on the e-mail body.
