Cannot Open Drive in Windows? Encountering “Open With” Dialog Instead?

Here is the situation: you open a drive in Windows explorer like usual by clicking it, but instead of the content of the drive you encounter the Open With dialog. Or, some of you may find a message saying like “Windows cannot find this program or file“.
