Delete Locked Folder & File Easily in Windows Explorer

The reason of a locked folder or file has never been clearly stated by Windows. Everytime you find a locked folder, what Windows does is simply warning you that it cannot be deleted because of some reasons like being currently used by other program. There are manual solutions for this like stopping and restarting explorer process, but sometimes it won’t work. The folder is still locked and the only manual solution left is to restart Windows to be able to unlock and delete it. Free EXIF Viewer for Windows Explorer
