Uppercase/lowercase the name of a file or folder is easy, but it is not that easy if you need to do it to many files or folders. It is where Recase takes a big part here. It is a freeware that allows you to uppercase or lowercase multiple file/folder names at once directly within Windows explorer. After the installation, you can change the case through Windows explorer’s right-click menu. See the screenshot below for a better explanation.

Aside from changing the case to uppercase or lowercase, another option lets you to change the case back to the original. This is useful if later you don’t like the changing and want to revert back. Recase is a freeware working under Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/2003/XP/Vista.
